General Terms and Conditions

Indicative rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are subjected to the prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Rates are subjected to changes without prior notice; therefore, please make an enquiry with us at 6777 0666 for the latest rates and vehicle availability.

Please note that there is a minimum rental of 3 days.

The rental rate includes:

  • Road Tax
  • Unlimited Mileage
  • Motor Insurance
  • 24-Hours Emergency Service Assistance

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Hirer's Requirements

The Hirer must provide a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License or a valid International Driving License that is more than 3 years old accompanied by Identification Card or Passport and Employment Pass. The minimum age is 25 and maximum is 60 years of age.

Insurance Coverage

Motor Vehicle Insurance covers unlimited third party liability and up to S$500,000 property damage, subject to payment of the non-waiverable excess in the event of each and every accident. The Hirer is required to report any accident/damages to the rental company within 24 hours, failing which the Hirer shall be fully liable for any claims and proceedings arising from the accident.

Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed in the rental vehicle. Otherwise, a cost of repair will be imposed accordingly.

Parking and Traffic Fines

All parking fees, traffic/parking fines, ERP charges, and any other related expenses arising from the usage of the vehicle are the responsibilities of the Hirer.

Petrol

The rental car will be supplied with a full tank of unleaded premium grade petrol which must be refilled at the Hirer’s expense upon return. Otherwise, refueling charges will apply.

Collection and Return

The Hirer may collect and return the vehicle from Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm; Saturday 9:00am to 12:00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Modes of Payment

Easy payment can be made trough credit card VISA/MASTERCARD only. Pre-payment must be made before the collection of the vehicle.
